Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department (PT, OT, SLP)
• Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff
• Manage scheduling, caseloads, and productivity expectations
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with nursing and administration on care planning and outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and rehab program effectiveness
• Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Active PT, OT, or SLP license in the state of Florida (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 1–2+ years of experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in a SNF (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of SNF operations, PDPM, and Medicare guidelines
• Proven leadership experience managing rehab teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
