We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead therapy services within a skilled nursing facility in Orlando. This role is ideal for a hands-on rehab leader who can balance clinical outcomes, team leadership, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department (PT, OT, SLP)
• Supervise and support therapy staff to ensure high-quality care
• Manage scheduling, caseloads, and productivity standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with nursing and administration on care plans and outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain strong communication with residents and families

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2+ years of experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in a SNF (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and SNF rehab operations
• Proven leadership experience managing therapy teams
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
