Director of Recreation

Emerge Nursing and Rehabilitation has an opportunity for a Director of Recreation.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the recreation program
Develop program calendars and activity plans with staff

Excellent leadership, communication, supervisory and team-building skills required

Requirements:

• Ability to use a computer and input data.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Experience preferred OR certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
• Music talent a plus
• Must relate well with the residents and facility staff as well as exhibit a desire to perform all responsibilities of this position.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: M-F

Salary: $63,000-68,000 annually
