Director of Physical Plant

Juliette Fowler Communities is seeking a Physical Plant Director. The Physical Pant Director is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, clean, and attractive environment for residents, guests, and employees. Some duties include:

• Developing, directing and executing preventative maintenance programs.
• Assuring compliance with local/state/federal regulations including fire and life safety.
• Conducting audits and regular inspections, identifying needs, and executing corrections.
• Assisting with the development and directing Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Evacuation Procedures.
• Negotiation of vendor contracts/ agreements, including ongoing relationships with vendors. 
• Hire, train and manage facilities and housekeeping team.
• Organization and prioritization of work orders to ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and timely.
• Respond to emergencies.
