Juliette Fowler Communities is seeking a Director of Operations.  

The Director of Operations primary responsibility is to provide oversight of Independent, Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care including compliance with federal, state and local guidelines while providing excellent care of residents and increasing/maintaining census. 

Some responsibilities include:

  • Creating/maintaining an environment where residents, guests, employees and visitors feel safe, cared about and have a sense of purpose. 
  • Listening and responding to resident and family members concerns.
  • Collaborating with other departments on strategies which will result in meeting and/or exceeding budgeted occupancy goals. 
  • Maintaining resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Controls expenses and optimizes revenue
  • Facilitating teammate engagement and development
  • Reports to CEO and works closely with executive leadership to identify challenges and create solutions.
  • Assists in recruitment and retention of qualified staff and the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
