Director of Nursing

 Pettis County Assisted Living, located in Sedalia, Missouri is currently seeking a Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will be a team player who has strong leadership and supervisory skills, a rehabilitation focus, is challenged by high acuity and special needs residents, and enjoys working with the elderly. Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri LPN license, previous DON experience or significant ADON experience, an excellent regulatory compliance record and a commitment to Total Quality Management. • Missouri LPN license or RN
• Previous ADON in an Assisted Living facility preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with mental health diagnosis
• Supervisory/Leadership skills
