Your Role: Director of Nursing (DON)

Position Type: Full-time | Ohio RN License Required | Leadership with Heart

Key Responsibilities

• Purposeful Leadership: Oversee daily operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and create a positive, inclusive culture.
• Champion Quality & Compliance: Set and uphold high standards for resident care and navigate unique challenges with sound judgment.
• Advocate for Residents’ Rights: Ensure dignity, privacy, and compassion are central to all care interactions.
• Inspire and Build a Strong Team: Recruit, mentor, and support nursing staff focused on resident-centered care.
• Drive Infection Control & Quality Initiatives: Design and implement safety protocols as Infection Control Coordinator.
• Resource Management: Collaborate on budget management to balance quality care with cost-effectiveness.

Ideal Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Ohio license.
• 5+ years in long-term care, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Exceptional Communicator and Team Builder who leads with empathy and integrity.
• Lifelong Learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with on-call duties
