Your Role: As the DON, you will:
· Provide visionary leadership to the nursing team, fostering excellence in resident care.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of care.
· Mentor and develop the nursing staff, building a culture of learning and support.
· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
What We’re Looking For:
· A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa.
· Proven leadership experience in long-term care or a related setting.
· Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
