Director of Elder Affairs
The Town of Cohasset seeks a dynamic and visionary Director of Elder Affairs. General Responsibilities:
As the Director of Elder Services, it is this individual's responsibility to lead our team at Elder Affairs and guide programs and services that cater to the needs of the elderly population in Cohasset. Working in close collaboration with the Elder Affairs Board, the Director ensures that all policies align with the relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations. With a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of the needs of the elderly community and is committed to providing exceptional service to all those who visit our center, Willcutt Commons.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in social work, human services, public administration, management, recreation, business, or a closely related field.
A minimum of five years of executive-level experience in program administration, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent to this.
Salary: Full-Time 35 hours weekly, $89,267 - $106,682 commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
