Service Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage and streamline service operations for our HVAC control systems.
This role is the central point of communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams—ensuring every service call is scheduled efficiently, handled promptly, and followed through with accuracy.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full-service call process—from intake and scheduling to auditing and invoicing.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC control systems.
- Serve as the main contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving service-related questions.
- Coordinate closely with the service team to meet project timelines and prioritize urgent calls.
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests, calls, and customer communications in the company database.
- Collaborate with technicians and leadership to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Support compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.
- Provide administrative support including reporting and tracking key service metrics.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or service coordination (HVAC industry preferred).
- Proficient with scheduling platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to keep things moving and keep people informed.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems or building automation is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure, team-driven environment.

- Base Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 - Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, several factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
