North Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing / Admissions. This is a full time position.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M - 4:30 PM

DUTIES

JOB KNOWLEDGE AND ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Under the direction of the Administrator / VP of Admissions, the Director of Sales and Marketing / Admissions and Community Relations assists and directs the marketing activities of the Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and the local Admissions Coordinators in maintaining and improving the daily census.

2. Medicare/Medicaid case-mix throughout the facilities with the goal of achieving the company's financial objectives.

3. Responsible for distributing marketing materials to facilities, training, and consulting with Admissions Coordinators in relationship-building between area discharge planners and potential residents/responsible parties.

4. Assists and follows through on an appropriate marketing strategy including attractive and informative marketing materials.

5. Ensures compliance with all governmental regulations and company admissions policies and procedures.

6. Develops positive relationships on behalf of the company with the government regulators, families, the area healthcare community, and the community at large.

7. Demonstrates knowledge of all State Department of Health rules and regulations and assists in the instruction regarding such rules and regulations to appropriate staff.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Associate's Degree from an accredited institution. Additional experience may be substituted for education.

2. Thorough knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.

3. Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

4. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.

5. Well-developed oral and written communication skills and is patient and self-disciplined.
