What You’ll Do

What We're Looking For

• Education: 2-year degree preferred, not required.
  

• Passion for Inclusion: A genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
  

• Skills: Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  

• Experience: Helpful but not required, heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
