Job Responsibilities:
As a Dining Services Coordinator, you will:
📅 Manage Staff Scheduling – Create and maintain
accurate schedules for dining staff across all shifts and locations, 4–6 weeks
in advance.
📋 Support Daily Operations – Ensure schedule changes, PTO, and
attendance are accurately tracked and documented.
💼 Coordinate Payroll & Staffing – Assist with payroll
submissions, maintain staffing within budget guidelines, and send coverage
notifications when shifts are open.
🎓 Train & Support Team Members – Help orient new hires on
scheduling tools, procedures, and call-in protocols.
Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ 2+ years of relevant experience in scheduling or administrative coordination
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Familiarity with scheduling software and eMenu preferred
✔ A team-first attitude with a passion for resident care
