Manager, Digital Marketing
Job Summary
The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Manage re-targeting and re-marketing ads, Google advertising, paid search advertising, Amazon advertisements, and paid retailer digital support
Oversee account management with agencies, product listing updates, and inventory management
Handle updates and content management, domain & hosting management, and FarApp | Netsuite to Shopify integration
Provide tactical digital support (paid search, social, email/SMS), manage sales & promotional calendars, and review management
Implement affiliate programs, manage PAF programs, and oversee giveaway management
Manage digital dashboards, generate reports, and analyze data
Oversee budget management and digital software implementation
Handle Netsuite account designations and payment account support (PayPal, Stripe)
Manage inventory and shipping integrations
Oversee GSDN, Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Shopify, Faire, and RepRally platforms
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field
Experience: 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 2 years in a CPG or retail environment
Demonstrated experience in pay-per-click advertising, paid search, display campaigns, Google Ads, social media ads, and reporting
Strong knowledge of DTC / Amazon, promotional plan modeling, remarketing and retail campaigns, shipping and inventory management, and Ibotta / Instacart / Delivery apps
Strong organizational and communication skills
