Overview

Scott Enterprises, a third-generation, family-owned hospitality leader in Northwest Pennsylvania, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing efforts across multiple brands. This role oversees social media strategy and management, SEO, website updates, digital advertising, and email marketing initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong ability to optimize digital campaigns, support content creation, and provide strategic insights to boost brand visibility and engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop compelling visual and written content across various platforms, supporting our diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, venues, and resorts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Social Media & Content Management:

  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and optimization across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Develop and implement engaging campaigns to grow brand presence and drive customer engagement.

  • Support Marketing Assistants in content ideation and execution.

 

SEO & Website Management:

  • Manage website updates and minor maintenance to ensure accuracy and functionality.

  • Optimize SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic.

 

Digital Advertising & Email Marketing:

  • Oversee and manage paid digital advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

  • Develop and execute email marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, list segmentation, and performance tracking.

 

Analytics & Strategy:

  • Monitor digital marketing performance, providing reports and data-driven recommendations.

  • Assist in advertising strategy development, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Identify trends and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website management (WordPress or similar CMS experience preferred).

  • Experience with content creation and copywriting for digital platforms.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Skills for a Digital Marketing Manager

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Experience with SEO strategies and website optimization.

  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital advertising platforms.

  • Ability to update and maintain websites (basic HTML, WordPress, or CMS experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and social media insights to measure campaign performance.

Creative & Conceptual Skills:

  • Strong content creation skills, including visual and written storytelling.

  • Experience developing engaging social media posts, email campaigns, and digital ads.

  • Ability to generate and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to different audiences.

  • Strong storytelling skills for brand messaging.

  • Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
