INSIGHT INTO THE ROLE
As the Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of digital marketing initiatives across Datamars Livestock’s brand portfolio. This role is critical in reaching our revenue and margin goals within North America by leveraging digital platforms to generate leads, engage customers, and enhance brand visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to elevate brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve lead generation goals.
· Campaign Execution: Lead and manage web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
· Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and execute targeted lead generation and nurturing strategies, aligning efforts to the customer journey for maximum engagement.
· Content Creation: Create and curate content for digital and social media channels, including video, to engage target audiences effectively.
· Performance Analysis: Measure and report on campaign performance; optimize based on KPIs and ROI, applying insights to refine future strategies.
· Creative Innovation: Brainstorm and test innovative growth strategies, including experimental campaigns and conversion optimization tests.
· Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to create landing pages and digital sales tools; collaborate with sales teams, the global marketing team, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and goal alignment.
· Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze user experience across channels, identifying conversion and drop-off points to streamline and optimize user funnels.
· Technology Evaluation: Research and recommend emerging digital marketing technologies and tools to enhance performance and competitive edge.
· Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
· Customer-Focused Communication: Skilled at translating complex information into clear, audience-friendly messages.
· Project Management: Capable of managing projects within deadlines and budgets with high attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or advertising, with a preferred focus on the agricultural sector.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX/UI design principles; WordPress/CMS experience; familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools; Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) skills preferred.
· AI Proficiency: Knowledge of AI tools and applications in marketing a plus.
