 Location: MMD Sales Corporate Office – West Edmonton

 The Role

The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for capturing and creating digital media content that engages with our target audience across our Martin Deerline and Martin Motor Sports businesses, including but not limited to content showcasing brands such as John Deere, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and multiple boat brands. We are seeking a creative individual that is ready to get their hands dirty filming out in the field or jump in the water to capture the best angle of a boat.

·        Plan, produce and create digital content to be used across all our digital channels. Including but not limited to planning, scripting, filming, photographing and editing video and images.

·        Edit raw footage into high-quality videos, including product demos, promotional videos, customer testimonials, and event coverage.

·        Manage and maintain our media library, ensuring that all video and photo assets are properly tagged, organized and saved.

·        Photograph new and pre-owned equipment inventory.

·        Brainstorm ideas and concepts for new projects that resonate with our audiences. 

·        Ensure that content aligns with brand image, voice and marketing strategies.

·        Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement to inform future content creation decisions.

·        Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality.

·        Work well in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

·        Provide support to the marketing teams as required.

 Skills & Qualifications

·        Passion for Agriculture, Powersports and Marine industries.

·        Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Affects, Animate and more.

·        Experience with lighting, audio, and video equipment.

·        Drone experience and drone license are an asset.

·        A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high quality content.

·        Attention to detail, time and priority management is necessary for success.

·        Organized, self-motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us.

·        Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

·        Candidates must submit a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in video production to be considered for the position.
