Dietary Supervisor
Sutton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation has an opportunity for a Part-time weekend Dietary Supervisor
Must have an applicable knowledge of DOH regulations and Food safety.
Must have at least 2 years supervision and cooking experience
Shift: 11am-7pm, Weekends only/Every weekend
Duties:
- Supervises, trains, disciplines and assists in performance evaluations of staff.
- Prioritizes, schedules, assigns and monitors work to optimize operational service.
- Ensures timely delivery of meals to patients.
- Instructs employees in the proper use of equipment and sanitation techniques.
- Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conducts sanitation inspections for assigned areas as directed.
- Participates in departmental Performance Improvement initiatives and recommends changes to workflow and systems as necessary.
- Documents meal testing results and resolves unacceptable outcomes.
- Investigates resident complaints, as required and reports findings to management.
- Performs related duties
Job Type: Part-time
Hours per week: 15.00 hours per week
Salary: $24.00 per hour
