Dietary Services Aide

Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a team player to serve as a Dietary Services Aide at our facility.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and serve food to patient
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining room
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen area neat and clean
• Inspect special diet trays to ensure correct diet is served to patient
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining rooms
• Assist with data entry into the dietary computer programs and run necessary reports
• Assist with the general duties in the dietary department

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or GED equivalent; or one to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicable must maintain a current Food Handler’s Permit (or acquire within six months of hire.)
