Dietary Cook - 2nd Shift - Full-Time
Summary
Under the direction of the Dietary Manager:
- Responsible for all aspects of meal preparation, meal service, and overall food quality according to the planned menu, resident preferences, and physician-ordered therapeutic diets and plans of care
- Demonstrates appropriate sanitation and infection control practices to meet state and federal regulations
- Oversees the general kitchen operations in the absence of the Dietary Manager
Qualifications / Requirements
- Quantity food preparation experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 2nd Shift (11:30a-7:30p), including Every-Other-Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Wage Range*: $16.00/hr-$22.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.20/per year, up to ten (10) years
2nd Shift Differential: $2.00/hr (after 2p)
Weekend Differential: $2.00/hr
