Dietary Aide

As a Dietary Aide, you’ll support meal preparation and service, ensure sanitation standards are met, and provide friendly, timely service to residents in the dining room and on the units.

• Assist with meal prep and trayline; follow diet cards, textures, and portion guides

• Deliver meals courteously and on time; provide dining room support and collect trays

• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and sanitized (sweep/mop/wipe, dishwashing as needed)

• Follow food-safety practices (labeling/date-marking, temperature checks, FIFO)

• Restock stations and supplies; support the Dietary Manager and teammates as needed

• Prior dietary/food service experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

• Able to work the 12:00 PM–8:00 PM shift consistently

• Reliable, team-oriented communicator with a resident-first attitude

• Able to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed

• Willing to follow sanitation, infection-control, and safety procedures
