McKendree Village is located on a beautiful 40-acre campus offering all levels of care: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Long-term Care. The healthcare center and retirement community offer care for our residents and patients who rely on us for life enrichment and quality of care.

Shifts: 6a-2:30p, 11:30a-8p
Days: Rotating Schedule
Weekends: Every other weekend
Location: 4347 Lebanon Pike, Hermitage, TN, 37076
Compensation: $15-$16 = $31,200-$33,280 annually (full time)
Job Description: As a Dietary Aide you will play a vital role in our commitment to delivering high quality dining services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting in meal preparation, adhering to individualized dietary plans, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following food safety regulations and dietary guidelines.
· Collaborate with the dietary team to accommodate individual dietary plans and preferences.
· Ensure a clean and organized kitchen area, including proper sanitation of utensils and equipment.
· Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
· Follow safety and infection control protocols in the dining services area.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a Dietary Aide in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
· Strong communication skills and compassionate approach to resident care.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
