Diagnostic Imaging Team Leader

We are seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Team Leader to manage daily operations, including the supervision of our Imaging team. This role involves developing protocols for imaging equipment, supporting team members, ensuring departmental objectives are achieved, and adhering to the approved budget. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of customer service while adhering to all relevant policies and regulations. A strong background in radiologic technology, effective leadership skills, and a dedication to exceptional patient care are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the quality of imaging services and operations.
• Supervising, training, and evaluating diagnostic imaging staff.
• Adhering to and enforcing policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Accountable for budget preparation and management for the department.
• Strategic planning for future programs, services, and equipment in alignment with EBCH strategic plans and goals.

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a two-year American Medical Association approved course in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Certification by the ARRT as a Registered Technologist is required.
• Five years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging is required.
• Proficiency in CT is required.
• BLS certification is required within six months of hire and must be maintained.
• Certification in any of the following: CT, Ultrasound, ECHO, or MRI preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Epic knowledge/experience preferred. 

Wage:

• $90,000 - $110,000 Based on previous experience, modalities, and skill set
