DevOps Engineer – Medical Technology
Location: Greater Boston Area (Hybrid: Tue–Thu in office)

About the RoleWe’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our 5-person DevOps team driving innovation in the medical technology space. This role will lead efforts to migrate our product from data centers to Azure cloud infrastructure, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
What You’ll Do-
Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows Server environments.

Administer VMware vCenter/vSphere and Hyper-V virtual infrastructure.

Provide Linux administration expertise (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).

Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines with TeamCity, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.

Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Terragrunt.

Deploy and manage workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

Improve monitoring and reliability with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and Checkmk/Nagios.

Strengthen system security using CrowdStrike, Nessus, SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, and other scanning tools.

Automate tasks and streamline processes with PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

7+ years of DevOps/Systems Engineering experience.

Strong skills in Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Hyper-V.

Hands-on Linux administration.

Proven track record with CI/CD management (TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

Cloud migration experience, ideally with Azure.

Solid scripting and automation skills.

Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team.
