Designer/Sales Associate

Aspire is hiring in-home designers/sales associates!  We’re looking for self-motivated individuals with a working knowledge of interior remodeling, material knowledge of the latest products and design trends, and a solid work ethic.  Must be able to take accurate measurements, design, and price kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in a short time frame. Computer skills in Excel, Word, Adobe DC and a familiarity with Apple products are a huge plus. Qualified designers must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and have reliable transportation to in-home appointments within a 75-mile radius of the Kansas City area.
