EDDA CERTIFICATION Performs the specific job responsibilities as identified in the role as clinical dental assistant. Performs semi-technical dental and routine clerical work (charting) for the dental practice. Work involves assisting the dentist in examinations, treatment, cleaning and taking of x-rays. Works independently and with minimum supervision performing specific job responsibilities and tasks such as sterilization, instrument preparation, according to standards, procedures, and instructions.
