Consolidated Gypsum Supply Ltd. is a Western Canadian distributor of building materials. We are currently looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Delivery/Warehouse Material Handler to join our Saskatoon team.
This dual-role position involves both operating a delivery truck and working within our warehouse to ensure the safe and efficient handling of building materials.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Operate a Class 5 F550 delivery truck and propane-powered forklift
- Load/unload and deliver building materials to residential, commercial, and industrial sites
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and on-site hazard assessment
- Pick and assemble orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with order pick-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery vehicle
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Previous experience driving delivery trucks and operating forklifts or similar machinery
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven surfaces
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must provide a satisfactory criminal record check
