Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Clerk

Job Description:

Professional Printing is hiring for a full time hybrid position of Delivery Driver and Warehouse Clerk. Time will be split between receiving deliveries, maintaining and organizing job stock and finished goods and making local deliveries to client locations. Position requires attention to detail, great organizational skills and providing excellent customer service. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and provide a current DMV report. Experience in driving and warehouse a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and offloading delivery vehicles
• Checking in raw materials against purchase orders
• Storing and organizing raw materials to be easily accessible to production employees
• Organizing and pulling/packing finished goods
• Using operating system to maintain raw material and  finished good inventories
  
• Operating fork lift, pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Emptying and positioning trash and recycling hoppers
• Coordinating with route manager for daily deliveries
• Operating cargo vans and box trucks
• Interacting with clients in professional and respectful manner
• Frequently lifting 20-30 lb packages
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Maintaining a route schedule and making deliveries in timely fashion
  
• Observing all traffic laws and operating vehicles in a safe manner
• Maintaining delivery vehicle for cleanliness and safe operation

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from office location
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
• Great organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong communication and customer service skill
• Ability to work effectively individually, and as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Be teachable and willing to learn

• Manual dexterity
• Frequently lift up to 30 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
