Commisary - Prep Cook

Responsibilities

Job hours are Monday -Friday 5:00am - 1:00pm 

Seeking responsible workers to assist in prepping food for volume cooking

Duties include:

Organizing inventory

Dicing, chopping, portioning and prepping meals to be cooked the next day

Counting inventory

Clean up kitchen area after service

Abilities:

• Knowledge of food service and sanitation.
• Experience in scratch cooking
• Must be able to accurately follow a recipe/ substitute necessary items in a recipe. 

• Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work as a team with other

people.

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
  

• Must be able to pass background check.
