Delivery Driver

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all deliveries in a timely, safe and accurate manner. These duties include but are not limited to: 

o Contact customer to confirm delivery date, time and location.

o Respond to customer direct inquires to product delivery schedules.

o Prepare, maintain and organize delivery documentation to ensure customers and team members can easily relay and locate customer information.

o Understand and receive proper training on how to safely operate all equipment and vehicles needed to assemble and transport merchandise.

o Perform requested customer deliveries when possible. If necessary, scheduling additional resources to perform the delivery in a timely manner.

• Assists with, directs and organizes assemblies of product for customer delivery and store display as outlined by store management.

• Requests additional assistance when transporting merchandise which cannot be safely performed by one person.

• Assists with building and facility maintenance as directed by management. 

• Assists management staff with other special projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• All team members must be able to stand for the entirety of their shift not including lunch and break periods.

• All team members must be able to move, handle and lift merchandise and fixtures safely up to a weight of 60lbs.

• Must be at least 23 years of age. 

• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.

• Must pass a Motor Vehicle record check.

• Must adhere to company Fleet Usage and Driver Safety Policy outlined in company handbook.
