Delivery Dispatcher

Location: Antioch, California
Position: Part-Time Dispatcher
Hourly Rate: $17 per hour

As our business expands, we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers for efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor and manage the delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Communicate with drivers to provide directions and address any issues during deliveries.
• Assist in managing inventory and product availability for efficient order processing.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age and identification requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
• Ensure adherence to all state and local regulations related to cannabis delivery operations.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local geography and navigation tools.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with cannabis products and local cannabis regulations is a plus.

Schedule:

• This is a part-time position.
• Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts and busy periods is required.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $17 per hour.
