DC Supervisor - Wholesale
Position Summary:
- The Wholesale Supervisor will strategically plan, lead, direct, & coordinate the Wholesale department to ensure all B2B and VAS orders are completed & shipped every day with the ability to plan ahead.

Essential Functions:
- Directs & oversees the weekly Wholesale workload, including waving, planning, & allocating available resources & orders.
- Lead & motivate a team of associates, providing guidance, coaching, & support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Works closely and manages team lead direct reports to ensure all wholesale (B2B/VAS) orders are fulfilled daily, both accurately & in a timely manner.
- This position will coordinate closely with other departments to successfully & efficiently achieve business goals & meet deadlines.
- Collaborates with management to ensure all required workloads are completed weekly.
- Communicates with customer service to ensure priority orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Allocate Wholesale orders & research discrepancies that arise in the allocation process.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting goals, & providing timely feedback to team members in support of their growth & development within the organization.
- Ensures compliance with Value-Added Service Requirements related to each specific Big Box customer’s needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve goals & deliver exceptional results.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to inventory management, order fulfillment, & other aspects of Wholesale operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience is preferred.
- SAP knowledge is not required but is preferred.
- Written & verbal communication skills necessary to communicate effectively with management, customer service, & your team.
- Effective time management & organizational skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, while accurately achieving goals & assignments.
- Flexibility & adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities & challenges.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum Experience:
- 4 years in a distribution center environment (required)
- 2 years in a leadership or supervisor role (required)
Working Conditions:
- Approximately 90% of the job will be spent moving in-and-out of a non-climate-controlled distribution center & approximately 10% of the time will be spent in a climate-controlled environment.
- Approximately 75%-100% of the time will be spent walking, bending, stooping/squatting, reaching, lifting (1-50lbs.), and/or carrying products from one location to another.
- Approximately 15%-25% of the time will be spent sitting at a desk working on a computer or telephone.
