Nurse (RN / LPN) – Long‑Term Care / Nursing Home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long‑term care nursing home team in Kentucky. This role is ideal for compassionate nurses who value resident care, teamwork, and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments per state regulations
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record
• Collaborate with CNAs, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for long‑term care

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Kentucky (required)
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care
