We currently have an opening in our New Orleans office for an experienced Data Scientist with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.  This is an office-based role; it is not a remote work position.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Data Scientist to lead the integration of advanced AI technologies into our marketing analytics. This role is central to optimizing campaign performance, advancing website personalization, and uncovering actionable insights for clients. You will collaborate closely with account strategy and digital strategy teams, guiding the application of AI to solve complex marketing challenges. Our mission is to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions that drive measurable impact for our clients across industries including B2B and B2C.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Apply and optimize AI/ML frameworks to optimize marketing campaign performance across digital media, social media, and websites.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines, including blending, cleaning, transforming, and storing large-scale datasets.
  • Build and maintain integrations with key marketing data connectors, including GA4, Google Search Console, Supermetrics, and other API-based tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the account strategy and digital strategy teams to align analytics solutions with client business goals.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions in Google Looker Studio to deliver real-time, actionable insights.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and data-driven strategies direclty to clients and internal teams, providing thought leadership in marketing analytics.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including public relations analytics, marketing funnel optimization, and digital media performance tracking.
  • Develop scalable, reproducible data pipelines and workflows to support AI model deployment and maintenance.
  • Guide the strategic use of AI agents to enhance marketing analytics, automate insights, and deliver personalized client experiences across campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Continuously research and implement new AI-driven tools, frameworks, and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.  
  • 1-2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics, preferably in a marketing context.
  • Understanding of marketing ecosystems, digital media, and digital personalization strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Looker Studio for marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Supermetrics data connectors for extracting and blending marketing data from multiple platforms.
  • Experience with Supermetrics for BigQuery, including automating data transfers and building scalable pipelines a plus.
  • Skilled in managing and optimizing other marketing data connectors (e.g., APISs, partner integrations) to centralize campaign, media, and web analytics data.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MongoDB Atlas, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and modeling. 
  • Proficiency in data warehousing using Google BigQuery, including schema design, query optimization, and managing large datasets. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot data connector workflows and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across systems.
  • Experience working with AI agents and automation frameworks to enhance marketing analytics workflows, personalize user experiences, and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a visionary mindset with a passion for applying to AI to marketing challenges.
  • Demonstrated track record of leveraging data science to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across strategy, creative, and digital teams
