Data Entry Clerk
Business Office located on Long Island has an opening for a Full-time Office/Data Entry Clerk to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who have an interest in the Healthcare Industry. You must possess good computer and organizational skills . This includes but not limited to placing orders online, or over the phone with existing suppliers and new suppliers ; contact departments with questions about supply requests; and check on the whereabouts of supplies if there is a delay in shipping.

The ideal candidate: a multi-tasker but does not lose attention to detail is well-organized and punctual has excellent communication skills shows willingness to learn is an energetic person with positive attitude.
The duties listed below are not limited to the following:
- Multiple daily time deadlines to meet.
- E-mailing and interaction on the phone
- Inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases
- Update and maintain data into computer system database' often from paper documents
- Separate and organize work before entering into the computer system to ensure work was processed more efficiently.
