Damage Assessor- Louisiana

 Struction Solutions is actively looking for Damage Assessors to perform residential damage assessments. The Damage Assessor performs comprehensive damage assessments, similar to that of insurance claims adjustor. The Damage Assessor is an independent contractor position.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Xactimate proficiency.
• Strong Structual Damage Experience
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• At least two (2) years of residential property inspection experience utilizing Xactimate.
• Ability to accurately scope storm related damage and accurately sketch and enter all variables and line items into Xactimate.
• Possess laptop, laser measuring device, ladder, camera, and other tools as necessary.
• Ability to access and inspect all areas of a subject home.
• Roof inspections are a requirement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Drug Screening and Background Check required.
