Dairy Frozen Food Clerk
General Purpose: The Dairy/Frozen Food Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring our customers have the best possible experience and can easily locate products in the dairy and frozen areas of the store.
Work Schedule: 40+ hours per week, weekend work required

Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer Service
Inventory Control
Maintain organized and clean the Dairy/Frozen Food Department and storerooms
Stock and maintain display of merchandise in the Dairy/Frozen Food Department
Use bailer, pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with company safety policy
Monitor product quality, freshness, and condition
Handle damaged and spoiled products according to company policy Assist in training associates when assigned
Maintain basic knowledge of all products sold in the department
Be observant of security problems and develop methods of prevention
Understand and practice store safety rules
Communicate with the Grocery Manager on problems and recommendations for change
Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations
Help in front end, cashier, and other departments when needed
Perform any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Grocery and/or Store Manager
