POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to Process orders, resolve customer inquiries and handle product requests. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

 Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Support a team of Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Essential Functions:

  • Provides timely and accurate information to process orders and handle product requests.
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established medical guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Works closely with the Sales Team to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience with a proven track record of success and experience in the same industry as a company
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
