"What Does a Typical Day Look Like?"

• Assist clients via phone and email with technical questions and concerns
• Schedule professional photography sessions on a national basis
• Provide support to our network of field photographers
• Work with other departments on brainstorming and information-sharing for success
• Visit with our office puppies when things get stressful!

"What Strengths and Skills Should I Possess?"

• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE!
• Computer proficient, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Windows-based environment
• Passion and integrity
• RELIABILITY
• Creativity and the ability to learn quickly
