Customer Service Sales Representative
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer issues and complaints. Provide up-to-date product and service information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager. Develop leads to grow a business.
