Customer Service Rep
Excellent Denison company looking for a Customer Service Rep -
Key Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
Answers incoming customer, vendor and employee calls and processes them professionally and quickly to ensure they are directed to the correct department.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Process online orders and verify that all policies are followed to limit the exposure to potential credit card fraud.
Work with other departments and associates to ensure customers inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications for the position:
Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, multi-phone line, dispatch experience
High school, some college
Skills:
Microsoft Suite-Word, Excel
Intermediate computer and software knowledge
Self-Confidence
Motivation
Spanish speaking is a plus, but not a must have
