Job Duties Include:

  • Providing extraordinary customer service (non-sales) to employers who use our platform to hire their employees.
  • Professionally responding to support tickets or calls from customers who have questions.
  • Asking customers questions to fully understand concerns or problems and offering proactive solutions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Accurately documenting calls and notes to improve our customer interactions and service team.
  • Working with other customer service associates to find solutions and complete tasks assigned.

We are currently looking for associates who can work with our East Coast clients from 7:00 am Pacific - 3:30 pm Pacific. We need a team player who is upbeat and excited to come into work every morning. If you are customer focused and looking to learn and grow, then apply today!
