Customer Service Agent (Seasonal)

Saint John, NB Seasonal $25.58/hour

The Customer Service Agent provides excellent customer service to all customers via telephone and in-person.


Reports To:  The Customer Service Agent reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.


Duties: 


* Book reservations via phone and in person.

* Issue tickets and boarding cards.

* Process cash and credit card payments.

* Provide rates, quotes, and travel information to potential customers.

* Balance daily transactions.

* Relay or raise passenger complaints to the Customer Services Supervisor.

* Follow company policies including, but not limited to, the uniform policy, the Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention, Smoke Free Workplace Policy and Collective Agreements.

Education, Experience, Abilities and Licenses:               

* Secondary School is required

Working Conditions:  

* 8-hour shifts (may include weekends)
