About the Job

The Customer Service Adviser (CSA) plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless communication channel between our clients and our field service technicians. Our field  technicians  perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on waste equipment such as compactors, balers, and garbage chutes. Our main office is in Brampton, Ontario and we have an office located in Port Coquitlam, BC.  You will directly interface with our high-profile commercial and residential clients, over the phone, who are located across the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario. 

Location: In-Office Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm | On-Call duties required.

A Day in the Life

       Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service consistently, even in our high-volume environment.

       High-Volume Mastery: Navigate our fast-paced setting, juggling multiple tasks with ease.

       Communication: Address customer queries swiftly through emails and calls.

       Follow-Up: Ensure clients remain informed and pleased with our service.

       Probing for Precision: Determine the best technician for each job with targeted questions.

       Resolve Issues: Investigate and address customer concerns promptly.

       Billing and POs: Close work orders and push to billing. 

       Client Needs: Focus on understanding and meeting company and customer objectives.

       Service Dispatch: Coordinate service technicians and contractors across Canada.

       CRM Management: Use CRM systems for logging calls, managing portals, and handling corporate client communication.

       Documentation Upkeep: Ensure all contractor paperwork, like WSIB and insurance, is up-to-date.

       On-Call Weekends: Participate in on-call rotations as required.

You are someone who has:

·        ? With 5+ years under your belt in a customer service environment, you've mastered the art of juggling tasks while keeping your cool.

  • Organizational skills? Yours are top-notch. You've got an eye for detail and a knack for planning ahead.

Work Environment

·        In-person.

·        On-Call (remotely/from home): Expected approximately once every 6 weeks, monitoring calls from 8 am-4:30 pm on weekends. This includes 1-2 long weekends per year. Compensation details below

·        $75/day on-call, and $150 for stat holidays. The CSA can anticipate being on-call 1-2 long weekends per year
