Our product, Community Rewards, is the #1 resident loyalty rewards app for the apartment industry. We help property managers at apartments seek out resident advocates within their communities, and empower them to engage with and share about their apartment communities online.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a customer service coordinator who is passionate about providing excellent customer service experiences that our users will love. You will join a dynamic and exciting environment and work with cross-functional teams to create the best customer experience possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or live chat feature.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Assist in sending out invoices
  • Updating customer accounts
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Advise on company information.
  • Take information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Walk customers through the account creation process
  • Utilize Zendesk ticketing system to handle high email volumes
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Close out or open call records.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Your experience should include:

    • 1- 3 years customer support related experience
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
