Construction Support / Customer Support Coordinator

Construction Support / Customer Support Coordinator works as a laison between the company and contractors to assure the greatest satisfaction possible for our customers during the construction process. This person will work to keep the build project moving forward by identifying, solving and reporting the last minute needs of the contractors and company during the build. This person will work closely with our Build Coordination team daily.
The Construction Support / Customer Support Coordinator's primary duties and/or expectations are as follows:
- Evaluate builder's concerns to correct issues.
- Get missing material to builders jobsite following priority needs assessment.
- Assess and bill appropriate party for customer service cost.(customer, builder, sales rep. etc...)
- Assure customers and contractors receive quick communication and action to resolve issues on or about the build site.
- Track customer service issues in the appropriate software or tracking board.
- Track problems and causes and work to eliminate repeat issues and root causes of problems.
- Communication must be thorough and poitive throughtout the day to all parties.
- Documentation and notes are kept as required.
- Deliver needed materials to worksites and complete repair or 'touch up' work as needed.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the construction field and enjoy resolving the day-to-day needs of a constuction project such as last minute material needs, follow up punch lists and making things happen for our contractors and customers.
This is a 50 hr. / week postion working from 7am - 5pm, Mon. thru Friday
