Bayview Homecare in Seaford, DE is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to fill the role of Patient Care Coordinator. Must have good organization skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Proficient customer service skills are a must. Knowledge of home medical equipment preferred but not required.
