CT Imaging Equipment and Imaging Technician Services

THIS EQUIPMENT IS TO BE INSTALLED (FIXED

CT Technologist –

Must be registered under the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT) (ARRT).

Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) certified;

Must be Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified and;

Preferably at least three (3) years’ experience

All training and certifications must be up to date and maintained through the life of the contract.

All technologists will maintain all immunizations required of practicing medical professionals. 

All technologists will adhere to all relevant radiation safety practices and relevant magnetic safety practices. 

Required Documents & Reporting for Key Personnel –

Contractor shall provide proof of BLS certification for each employee within 30 days of contract start date and must recertify by 30 days of expiration.

Contractor shall report any instances of employees with communicable illness upon receipt of notification.

Contractor shall submit a resume of all service providers before service providers can perform
