Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a Community Supports Team Lead to guide a team of behavioral health professionals delivering person-centered services throughout the community. This role blends clinical leadership, mentorship, and direct service, giving you the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and the next generation of clinicians.

What You'll DoAs the Community Supports Team Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and operational coordination to ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals and families.
Leadership & Team Development-
Lead and mentor a team of Qualified and Associate Professionals

Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and support to ensure effective service delivery

Support staff development through training, coaching, and supervision

Provide direct therapeutic services when needed, including clinical assessments

Ensure Person-Centered Plans of Care meet clinical and regulatory standards

Monitor service documentation and authorizations for accuracy and compliance

Coordinate team schedules to maximize service access and efficiency

Build partnerships with local behavioral health providers and community resources

Help expand and strengthen Community Supports services

Collaborate with the Local Clinical Director to improve service quality and outcomes
This role also offers the opportunity to help build additional teams and expand services while maintaining autonomy with your current team.
QualificationsWe are seeking clinicians who are passionate about leadership, service excellence, and community impact.
Required Licensure (North Carolina):
- LCSW or LCSW-A
- LMFT or LMFT - A
- LCMHC or LCMHC-A
Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience serving adult populations

Experience supporting or guiding clinical teams preferred

Ability to provide clinical leadership and supervision
