A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEAD BAKER

As a Head Baker, you set the flow for the day, maintaining the pace of the bakery to uphold top customer service and ensure tasks stay on track. You work closely with our General Manager to ensure high-quality cookies and a remarkable guest experience. The daily operations of our store are in your hands and you use your innate leadership ability to engage and inspire your team to deliver world-renowned customer service.

You are committed to the success of the team and you train them with an individualized approach. You love seeing your hard work pay off in a successful store and happy customers!

QUALIFICATIONS

Restaurant management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required. Must have some night/closing availability (10pm - 1am).

WORK SCHEDULE

We are looking for both part time and full-time positions ranging anywhere from 30 - 40 hours per week! Must be able to work at least Friday or Saturday night close (until ~1am).
